we left at 3am, wihout will willford, whoever the fuck he is, either way he didnt turn up to get on the coach, so we just had to leave for the airport without him hahaha. soz bbz.
we got to cologne, and got their version of the underground to Rudolfplatz and got some curry from a pretty cool place at 10.30am ...best time for curry/lunch obvioulsy hah.
we just went to galleries including ludwig and basically all the main galleries.
my favourite was Julia Stoschek's Cities of gold and Mirrors'- which is the title of a cyprian Gaillard film-whom i have fallen in love with because of this exhibition haha.
but she lives in the apartment above the gallery, so its basically in her house, and its a exhibiton of the works she owns, its pretty amazing so you should check it out if youre in Dussledorf anytime soon!
we just drank lots of beer, went to Reggae night at Petit Prince, club subway, in the bars and ate at an american place and a typically german place and saw so much art, even Bueys felt suit and Warhols brillo boxes. awesome.

ReplyDeleteKöln is awesome. But next time you come to Germany you have to visit Frankfurt! They also have a lot of galleries and exhibitions here, its much bigger, and they have something delicious called apple wine :)
